For the past 5 months, I've been experiencing chronic pain on the left side of my neck due to bad posture, which has led to limitation in my neck's range of motion. Despite weekly sessions with my physiotherapist and chiropractor, I was only able to regain 80% of my range of motion, and the pain persisted.
